Dave Lewis is the second generation owner-operator of Lewis Motors, having purchased the dealership from his Dad, Al Lewis, in 1996. Dave is a graduate of Norwich University and lives in Charlotte with his wife Karyn, his two children Sarah and Alex, and his dog Otis, our company mascot. In his spare time Dave enjoys the outdoors and the occasional puff on a fine cigar.

John was appointed General Manager on June 1, 2008 after serving almost 19 years as GM for a dealership group in the Montpelier area. He’s been recognized for Gold Level Achievement since 1992. After graduating from Lehigh University with a B.S. degree in Business & Economics, John joined a Fortune 150 company as a research analyst. John enjoys family, travel, and on occasion, a good cigar. John and his wife Karla attend Essex Alliance Church and reside in South Burlington.

Mark Benoit has been in the car business in Burlington for well over 25 years, and has been our Acura Sales Manager since the franchise was added here in 1995. Customers appreciate his soft spoken manner and his aversion to playing "car dealer games" with his customers. Recently he took on added responsibilities as co-manager of our used car department. Mark is an excellent golfer, and has traveled extensively throughout Europe.

John has been with Lewis Motors since 2002. He supervises all internet sales leads, and also serves as the company's Business Development Manager. Among his duties is the job of making sure that our sales people are properly following up with customers and prospective customers. John spent 10 years as a fulltime law enforcement officer, and later went into radio broadcasting. He is enshrined in the Vermont Broadcaster's Hall of Fame.

Tom has been in the car business since 1972, and has served as Sales Manager at several large dealerships in the southern New England area. Most recently he has run his own automotive marketing and promotion business, based in Florida. Tom has served as a consultant and sales trainer to many car dealerships all over the country. We are pleased that we convinced him to settle into the Burlington area and bring his expertise to our growing dealership.

Brian holds an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences with a Major in Automotive Services. He has dedicated his entire professional life of 32 years to the Automotive Service Industry, 23 of them right here at Lewis Motors. Starting out working in the grease pits of the 1970's and progressing his career until he finished as one of the top 5 ranked Audi Technicians in North America, twice! His prime directive is to provide quality auto repair and exemplary customer service. This is accomplished by assembling the finest Technicians, Service Advisors and support staff you will find anywhere. He and his staff welcome any opportunity to show you the high level of service that Lewis Motors can provide.

Dean is truly the "Dean of Lewis Motors," having worked here for almost 35 years. He started as a mechanic, but for the last 25 years has served as Parts Manager and also as one of our technology managers. His hobbies include photography, golf and collecting model cars.

Larry is the newest member of our Management Team. He is in charge of obtaining the best finance and lease rates for our customers, and then making sure all the paperwork is correct at the time of delivery. Larry has extensive experience in the car business and also in the mortgage business. He most recently held the position of Sales Manager at a greater Burlington imported car dealership.

Brad started here at Lewis Motors in 1989, and is a factory certified Audi Brand Specialist. He has been in automotive sales for 23 years, and feels that "German cars are the most fun cars to drive in the world." You'll often find Brad's personal assistant, his 5-year-old son Rye, in the showroom with him.

Rick was recently named Internet Sales Manager for our Audi/Volkswagen division. His responsibilities include responding to all inquiries from internet shoppers, coordinating internet-related marketing efforts, and continuing to work with customers he has sold cars to over the past 9 years. In his spare time, Rick rides motorcycles and plays guitar.

Mike joined the VW service team in 2004 and remains loyal to the brand by driving a Passat wagon. Recently, Mike competed in Volkswagen's Service Qualification World Championship where he placed among the top Service Consultants in the United States. In his spare time, Mike plays bass for several bands including the bluegrass group Big Spike.

Otis is a purebred American Bulldog born early in 2007. He's much bigger now than when this puppy picture was taken, but he just looked so darn cute then!
